Experience something unique as part of the Gaudí Year 2026 celebrations and discover Modernisme in La Jonquera through an activity that combines heritage, craftsmanship, and gastronomy.
The activity consists of an easy 6.6 km guided walking tour with a cumulative elevation gain of 200 m—perfect for enjoying the landscape and the Modernist legacy. Along the route, we will discover various examples of Modernist architecture in La Jonquera and learn about their history and unique features.
The route also includes a visit to the Quant ceramic mold workshop—a space closely linked to the construction of the Sagrada Família—where we will explore the artisan craft and the workshop's connection to the work of Antoni Gaudí.
To round off the day, we will enjoy a tasting experience prepared by the Ca la Maria restaurant, featuring three tapas inspired by Modernist-era recipes—a delicious way to discover the flavors of a period that revolutionized cuisine as well.
